Ideal for passionate foodies, this package includes ½ day foraging in the Surrey Hills with wild food experimentalist and educator, Fergus Drennan followed by a delicious 3 course dinner under the watchful eye of Hari Covert & in association with the Head Chef and his team at The White Horse.
Fergus Drennan is a wild food experimentalist and educator who runs regular foraging courses for the general public and privately. He also writes regularly on wild food and foraging for BBC Countryfile Magazine, The Ecologist, Country Kitchen, Bushcraft and Survival Skills Magazine, as well as contributing and/or featuring in many other magazines.
Hari Covert is former chef, and ex hotel & restaurant inspector who has been immersed in food for over forty years... Hari firmly believes that the marriage of food with a group of like-minded people should ensure not only a satisfied stomach but should equally encourage robust conversation and hopefully formulate some new friendships!
This package is for two people with ½ days foraging in the Surrey Hills with Fergus (please specify prefered time afternoon of 22nd or morning of 23rd) accommodation in a double room, full breakfast and 3 course dinner.
Excludes drinks with dinner and parking – please advise at the time of booking if parking is required. Transfers to/from the foraging destination TBC
