The White Horse Hotel Dorking

Set in the charming heart of Dorking, nestled between the North Downs and gentle slopes of the Denbies Estate and Vineyards, The White Horse stands as one of England’s most storied coaching inns, with a history dating back as far as 1278. Our central location makes us an ideal base to explore some of South East England's most beautiful attractions including the Surrey Hills. 

Following a full refurbishment, the hotel re-opened in 2018 having been restored to its former Dickensian glory and offers a selection of 56 stylish ensuite bedrooms with a restaurant and bar known as 'The Dozen' - offering an all day dining concept with a locally sourced menu. You will also find three event spaces - ideal for meeitngs and special occasions.

We are a Dog Friendly Hotel in Dorking

We love your four legged friends as much as you do and are delighted to be a dog friendly hotel. Dogs under 25kg are £10 and dogs over 25kg are £15 per night.
