Golf lover? Betchworth Golf Club is just 5 minutes away and dates from 1911 when it was established in the grounds of Betchworth Castle. It’s a fantastic parkland course with delightful views of Box Hill and across the Mole Valley.  

Discover Dorking and the Surrey Hills with a number of pub walks, from easy saunters to exhilarating hikes. Why not venture from Denbies Wine Estate up to Ranmore Common to enjoy beautiful views over the downs and patchwork of fields, meandering through shady woodland and enjoying the gorgeous vistas.

For families, there is a wealth of activities nearby. For those young thrill seekers, Chessington World of Adventures is just 10 miles away, earnest adventurers will love a day swinging from the tree tops at Hobbledown and history fans can immerse themselves in all things Henry VIII at Hampton Court Palace.

Public transport links are just on our doorstep. Regular local buses connect Dorking with the rest of Surrey and beyond.  Dorking train station is a 10 minute walk away, with regular direct connections into London Victoria. Gatwick Airport is just 12 miles away.
